These terms cover your use of Vitral Scanner, an Android app developed by Vitral Software. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the app

You may use Vitral Scanner for personal or professional document scanning, editing, and storage. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes on others' rights.

2. Ownership of your documents and content

All documents, signatures, and content you scan or create belong entirely to you. Vitral Software claims no rights over this content and has no access to it — because it's kept only on your own device.

3. Vitral Scanner Pro (subscriptions & purchases)

• Pro is offered as monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime purchase options.
• Subscriptions are processed through Google Play and renew automatically unless stated otherwise.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime from Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
• Purchases and refunds are subject to Google Play's own policies.

4. No warranty

Vitral Scanner is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that scanned documents, OCR results, or exported files will always be error-free. We recommend keeping a separate backup of especially important documents.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitral Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
